I think this girl is on the Hills, some pseudo reality show on MTV. Again, I couldn't care less about the celebrity but the dress is HOT!

This blue color is everywhere. Our new product line at work incorporates this blue color. It's not turquoise, its not baby blue, its like a saturated Atlantic ocean color.
